1.) Your website must be "Family Friendly" ...your site may not contain any racism, hatred, explicit adult and/or pornographic material, or any copyright or intolerance content.
2.) Your Hosting Account must be paid in full at all times, failure to make payment will result in suspension and/or cancellation of your hosting services.
3.) Your site must have a working "link" back to Crayon Box Creations (www.crayonboxcreations.com) at all times. Your account will be suspended until the working link is in place if found to be in violation.
If you do not comply, your account will be canceled and no refunds or credit will be issued
for any time remaining on your paid account.
4.) I do not offer "Reseller" options, therefore, you may not "re-sell" your hosting space or your domain name to anyone.
5.) Your personal information is required on all accounts. Any information you provide is strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of your account records and will not be shared with others.
6.) No rude, disrespectful, or threatening behavior to myself (Betsy Carter) or anyone associated with Crayon Box Creations will be tolerated, your account will be canceled immediately and no refunds or credit will be issued
for any time remaining on your paid account.
7.) I reserve the right to refuse my services to anyone without explanation, if you are denied my services, you will receive a reply with "your request was denied" with no further explanation.
8.) All sales are final - no reimbursements, refunds, or credits will be issued.
- Hosting Packages -
The Website Design & Hosting package are property of Betsy Carter of Crayon Box Creations. You are granted permission to use them while subscribing to my services, however, all graphics (unless specified) and design work are fully copyrighted and "All Rights Are Reserved."
If you choose to cancel your hosting services, you may still use the graphics, if purchased separately, according to the artists "Terms of Use" otherwise you understand by canceling your service you forfeit the use of the graphics used in your Website Design. (I will provide a "forwarding page" to your new host at your request - free of charge.)
When canceling your Hosting Package, you must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the next payment due. No Refund or Credit will be given for any time remaining on your paid hosting account.
By using my services, at crayonboxcreations you grant permission to list your site in my Portfolio, at my discrection.
My "graphic logo" or a "text link" directly linking your website to www.crayonboxcreations.com is required on all websites that are hosted by Crayon Box Creations. Please "click here" to save Graphic Logo.
- Hosting Account Payments -
I use the Monthly Subscription Billing Service provided by PayPal's secure payment system for all Hosting Accounts. Your billing cycle is determined by your sign up subscription date. Once you sign up, you will be billed automatically each month by PayPal according to your payment
agreement. Please be sure to have the funds available as PayPal does not send a notice prior to withdrawing funds from your account.
If you choose to cancel your Hosting Account, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription billing through PayPal prior to the next scheduled
payment to avoid being billed for an additional billing cycle. If you fail to cancel the subscription, you will not receive any reimbursement, refund, or credit for the amount billed after your cancellation date.

If you violate any of my "terms of use" I reserve the right to cancel your Hosting Account at my discretion without notice. No refunds or credit will be given for any time remaining on your paid hosting account.
