Website Design Basics
You will provide all content (where applicable), which includes but is not limited to: graphics*, text, photos, or other requested material to be used in the creation of your Website.
*You may provide your own graphics (must be copyright free or have permission to use them) or you may purchase a graphic/collection from one of my featured graphic artists. (Additional fees, licenses, or memberships may be required for the use of the graphic/collection, as well as being required to abide by each artist's "terms of use.")
In order to create something special just for you, you will be asked to offer your input and direction. After which, I will provide you with a "sample" of what your Website will look like, you will be able to offer any suggestions or make any corrections before publishing your website or finalizing your project.
By using my services, at crayonboxcreations you grant permission to list your site in my Portfolio, at my discrection.
My "graphic logo" with a "text link" directly linking your website to www.crayonboxcreations.com is required on all webpages which I create.
- Website Maintenance Fees -
No Charge - Up to 4 changes per month to original pages, such as updating text or making deletions are included.
Changes to original pages, such as changing graphics, adding text, etc., is $2.50 per page.
Changes to website, such as adding a new page is $10.00 per page.
- Website Ad On's -
(Optional - only used at your request!)
FREE Counter - Bravenet.com offers features that will be used on your site. I make use of their free services, but you have the option of registering for their PAID services if you would like to use their enhanced features.
Colored Scrollbar - I color coordinate your scrollbar to fit your website theme.
Announcement Ticker - You provide the text that will be seen scrolling across the bottom of your website. You may change this text at any time.
No Underline Links - I offer the look of "no underlines" on the links, you have the option to include or exclude this feature.
No Right Click/No image toolbar - these scripts provide protection against text/graphic theft. It is also a requirement by many graphic artists according to their individual "terms of use." You may choose the text your visitor will see, if they "right click" or you may choose to have none appear.
- Hosting Packages -
The Website Design & Hosting package are property of Betsy Carter of Crayon Box Creations. You are granted permission to use them while subscribing to my services, however, all graphics (unless specified) and design work are fully copyrighted and "All Rights Are Reserved."
If you choose to cancel your hosting services, you may still use the graphics, if purchased separately, according to the artists "Terms of Use" otherwise you understand by canceling your service you forfeit the use of the graphics used in your Website Design. (I will provide a "forwarding page" to your new host at your request - free of charge.)
When canceling your Hosting Package, you must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the next payment due. No Refund or Credit will be given for any time remaining on your paid hosting account.

I use the Monthly Subscription Billing Service provided by PayPal's secure payment system for all Hosting Accounts. Your billing cycle is determined
by your sign up subscription date. Once you sign up, you will be billed automatically each month by PayPal according to your payment
agreement. Please be sure to have the funds available as PayPal does not send a notice prior to withdrawing funds from your account.
If you choose to cancel your Hosting Account, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription billing through PayPal prior to the next scheduled
payment to avoid being billed for an additional billing cycle. If you fail to cancel the subscription, you will not receive any reimbursement, refund or credit for the amount billed after your cancellation date.
